We believe that customer service is the foundation for any business as well as continually adding value to our services. We have made it our mission to always provide an amazing experience starting from the moment you contact us to the final thank you email. We always show up dressed nicely with a company polo, we always try our best to respond quickly to questions and we always try to treat our customers like family.
We started this company after seeing our premiere photo booth, the Mirror Photo Booth, at a tradeshow for wedding photography. Josh has been a wedding photographer for years and always thought it would be fun to rent out a photo booth but nothing ever caught his eye. Rich, Josh’s dad, just happened to be at the show with Josh and it really was love at first sight. After some time, they decided to take the leap of faith and invest in the booth. Fortunately Rich has a long background in technology and that along with Josh’s background in photography made it easy to get the booth and the business up and running. We serve the greater Bay Area, including San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose and of course our home town of Fairfield. We also serve the Sacramento area and can go pretty much anywhere else if need be (as long as we can drive there).
